Hi guys,bit of a newbie with this 2012 os,previously running 2011 on HP N54L using Daz loader(thanks Daz) Ive acquired 3 isos en_windows_server_2012_r2_essentials_x64_dvd_2700177 (Trial) en_windows_server_2012_vl_x64_dvd_917758 (xdelta convert from above) en_windows_server_2012_x64_dvd_915478 Ive also flashed the 2.2 bios mod from here for N54L What I want to know is which iso to install with the best chance of activation (if there is one now,or just wait for a new Daz loader,if ever) Thanks guys
Thanks again Tito,Ive downloaded all the slics and certs but HP 2.2 not listed only Dell.I have biosmod to 2.2 flashed.Do I need that bin file with the Dell cert? cheers
As I told before, it depends on the SLIC which is present in your modded bios. Only 3 SLIC 2.2 bins are leaked - Dell, Lenovo & Fujitsu. Maximum probability that yours is Dell.

Installed the 915478.iso Standard Edition with GUI and used Daz Loader to activate. Thanks Tito you da man DracUK
First ISO: Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials. It's simply Windows Small Business Server 8.1. You can put this if you work in small or medium business. Second ISO: Windows Server 2012 Standard/Datacenter Volume Edition. Standard and Datacenter shares a lot of features, so you can pick whichever. Third ISO: Windows Server 2012 Standard/Datacenter Retail. Same like second ISO, but not VL version.
Just an update,Installed the 2012 Essentials trial from MS and it activates with Daz Loader but showing cert error in Slic Toolkit using Dell 2.2 cert. DracUK
Managed to grab the MSDN version of Essentials from the Magnet links but its asking for a key to install.Which key should I use? cheers DracUK
