    new year, new luck!

    any of you tried to administer a server 2016? imho it is not unusual to logon
    as an non-admin user and start a process via run-as elevated as admin.

    it seems that this is not possible anymore with server 2016.
    well not for all settings.
    is there a way to elevate: SystemSettings.exe control panel?!
    and if not: any hints why it is not possible anymore?

    That was not possible ever since Windows 10, not just Server 2016

    i see this as an huge drawback or is my point of view that odd?
