    For some reason updates won't install on my machine, but OS itself installed fine. Every time I try to update, it just fails.

    What updates do you expect? Only the dotnetfx48 cab's are available for it.

    Maybe, but downloads there will only work with Insider account, which I don't and will never have.

    What I'm wondering, usually, the beggars and leechers start their business quickly. This time, it's very quiet. Cannot be the times, it's late here, but not in the U.S.

    As for the clients, you can get nearly every build, any time, using UUPDump (thanks to @whatever127 and @awuctl). Servers are different, not on UUP. Here, it's like in WZor and Zukona days.
