Server IP LTSC Builds

i thought they wait another 2-3 years for a new ltsc?? server 2022 just came out

 

if this is the every 6 months core and they have given in to finally include desktop experience for us who want to upgrade our server versions great

I guess they now have streamlined the Server and Client builds again. And you might get a glimpse on how the next-next Win11-based LTSC build will look like, eventually.

For anyone getting AlderLake this is probably the server build/kernel to properly use the big/little cores; likely all other will not "see" a difference between the cores.

You can set the scheduling to use or prefer big/Performant or little/Efficient ones. Just make visible all the options in the Power Policy.

Might make for some interesting servers...

Windows Server vNext LTSC Preview - Build 22463 English
doesnt seems to have system requirement

 

So we get the new interface, none of the spammed app junk, and easier installing. Now, do we get WSL2 for the complete win..?

 

For me Start is broken on 22463. It's like 11 with deleted Feature Experience Pack, or whatever it was.

 

any inside info about new server iso or uup ?
