Set the Windows Explorer Startup Folder in Windows 10

    Anyone knows how to make it open "This PC" by default? Thanks.

    Thanks but unfortunately it does not work.

    In Win8:
    - Win+E opens This PC
    - "explorer.exe /e," in shortcuts makes them do the same

    Now the same trick works for shortcuts but Win+E opens "Home" with those "delegated folders".

    Same problem here, still starts with Home :g:.

    It only adds computer drives to Favorites for me. Unfortunately it's not what I wanted but thanks anyway for trying to help.

    Names ... for me it's still crappy/useless Windows Explorer i use to install Total Commander.

    Save as REG file. Needs to uncheck 'Hide Extensions ...' in folder options.

    it starts at home.. yes but it has the same drives listing as "This PC".. so its ok for me that way ;)
