I notice sfc.exe for XP does not have /offbootdir and /offwindir can I use 32 bit windows vista or windows 7 sfc.exe to do this w/ XP? is there some other way to check system file integrity offline?
I dunno, I broke up with XP a while ago...but you definitely can't use 7's sfc on an XP system, they're just too fundamentally different. XP still had a dllcache folder whereas in 7 everything is strewn across the land of winsxs...
