No matter what I do sfc /scannow is stuck at 100% verification. I did a clean untouched Windows 10 2004 x64 install. Is it because my HDD supposedly has problems?

This log is very interesting if you really started scanning 2020-05-13 04:08:22 and finished 2020-05-15 22:36:05, hence 66.5 hours.
Rather, the end does not really exist there. Apparently you stopped scanning using the force method.
This log doesn't talk nothing, there is nothing found, nothing fixed.

I might as well as do that.

I didn't stop scanning. I guess it has information about other scans hence its length?

It would be very interesting to know why you do not delete the old log file(s) before starting a new scan?
You want to know the status of your computer, don't you? Or are you a historian?

I forgot. Anyway, I did a clean install and now I'm not having this issue.
