just saw it from an IRC channel. I know it sounds shady but the person says he will not leak the iso but just wants people to be aware that anything other than that is not the real iso (which we already know, but still) ...
I see no reason in posting a fake SHA1 to warn people. Anyway this is just an informational post -- if you come across an ISO that says it's untouched then just verify here.
The SHA1 is fake. And anyone who got you to believe it's real can surely get you to install the probably very touched "untouched" ISO that goes with it.

if u tell me the difference between the wzor iso and the msdn one is only this number, so who cares ? nobody, cause at the end u have exactly the same dam files without a changed bit.

dont know why everyone is freaking out. its not like any of you will be able to use w7 in any sort of legitimate manner until oem certs & keys are leaked. which will be unlikely to see for the next 2-3+ months. any other method you might think you have activated w7, is simply the frankenbuild way, and you can guarantee the MS will circumvent that the same way they did with vista. have patience.
It would be "a simple post with simple information and simple assumptions" if the subject was "a completely random SHA1 string that someone gave me in some IRC channel"
Currently, there is NO official ISO yet. Trusted groups on the web, ie. WZOR release SHA1's of the ISOs they post. If you download a release which claims to be WZOR and the SHA1 doesn't match then its probably fake/hacked/untrusted. Only the "files" have been leaked, there is no bootable ISO, which is why "technically" speaking, all the ISO's on the web are touched ISOs since they simply took the files and made it bootable. Trust who ever you want, however remember there is no bootable iso or even a iso yet that has come out of Microsoft. The real "Microsoft" ISOs will most likely start to appear when they have truly announced that Windows 7 has gone gold and RTM'd.
