Shoot down problem

    My Windows 8 64 bit it's running smooth on my "Old" PC witw Asus PK5SE mo.bo. and E6550 CPU. How ever i have a random issue at soot down. Many but not every time the system simply ignore the shoot down or reboot command and keep running on apparently normal. I have to use the case switch to soot down. Any suggestion? Thak's in advance Renato
