Shortcut icon on MAC

    In windows, if I wanted to make a shortcut icon of a certain webpage such as ESPN all I had to do is go into the url address bar and drag the "lock" in the top left of it and place the mouse pointer to my desktop to create a shortcut for it.

    How do I do this within MAC OS plz?

    1) Launch the Safari Web browser on your Mac

    2) Navigate to the page to which you want to create a shortcut.

    3) Select the entire address in the address bar at the top of the browser.

    4) Click and drag the address onto the desktop. A shortcut pointing to the Web page is created on the desktop
