Hi, should I make an archive for all of the activators that I was able to find on many sites, like for example 7Loader, Windows 7 Toolkit, Daz's Loader (older versions) and more. No I am not promoting piracy I am just interested in this type of history. I also want to make a full historical view on these activators, so I wanna begin on it since the RTM leak, and then go with the history of activation methods. I am planning on doing this soon but I am not sure if it is really legal to do on this site, in reality I am doing this for educational purposes only and for historical intentions, and for people to know more about activation and more. If anyone is willing to answer this then I can explain more in the replies. Staff I don't condone the use of piracy and I always think real Activation is the WAY!!!
You can do that, but note there are some types of (h)acktivators not suitable to be posted here, like RemoveWAT.
Exactly. And great that you have it, I want to make my own one and show it fully, with screenshoots of them too. But I don't really know where to post it then...
Yeah, I will just explain them what they do and leave a link like for all the other ones but RemoveWAT isn't really an activator as it justs hacks and removes the activation....
I thought something like this 1# I start off from the RTM Windows 7 Leak 2# List all activation methods since the leak 3# Then the first breakthroughs of July and August by Orbit30, Daz and Hazar 4# Then in the later months show more updates for the activators 5# Finish off with the last softwares 6# Link a full archive on MEGA (hopefully) and sort them My plan is like this but still it is undergoing, and I will probably write this up in a program like Word and then paste it here with edits of course. I may just add it in the Windows 7 section and write like History of ....
Most popular and MDL supported still working Win 7 activators: Daz Loader 2.2.2 for Legacy boot MBR installs EZ Windslic for pure UEFI installs KMS_VL_ALL for pro and enterprise TSForge Bios modding + oem:slp/cert Why would we need a list of and links to outdated and/or no longer working tools?
Well I'd only share them for the people that are interested in seeing them/testing them out, or having a real peek of how they looked like. Also thanks for the list, this helps a lot
Obsolete discussions cluttering fora, using server and energy resources, we already have had a hard time getting people to stop promoting removewat and some russian crap/
Oh okay. Well I only thought of uploading it to MEGA, a folder with all the files. I never intended on doing something bad!!
But I do understand, I do not need to upload the links, I only thought of just making a MEGA link with all the folders and files, which I can do by myself
And yeah regarding this question at the end of your reply, well I intended a list to just educate newer members of the forums how Windows activation evolved through the years, and how people dealt with it. I would even explain how activation worked and would provide my own screenshots of how it would look like. And I wanna go around many forums to collect all the necessary information to gather it in 1 post. TLR: I want to create a detailed post on Windows activation history, how it worked, and how people bypassed it, with info from forums and my own screenshots.
No lol. Just for example 7Loader Release 3, I won't show any mistakes done there, just show a screenshot of it, and the characteristics of it
And I do not really need the actual files just the activators in final forms. I will actually list the mistakes I was able to find and if anyone else has any then feel free to tell me. And if anyone has the files of the mistakes then they can PM them so I can preserve them safely
Update: I began writing the project in Word, and it is going okay. I am actually gonna be using citations from different sources for some chapters of it
