This is not help, but an opinion only. You wrote "Should I upgrade my pc?" In fact, I guess it would be more correct "Should I buy a new pc?" because there is nothing to upgrade. However, you say that the current pc satisfies you completely. Hence the opinion, why new if it is quite sufficient. Create an innovation fund and put the money there, add a certain amount each month and then, if the need ever arises, then go and buy a new one.
upgrade as you know all parts of it and i can easily afford new pc just not sure i should ? 5 years ago i was thinking about the same thing upgrading my old pc, it was already old back then and i didnt nows 2021 almost 2022 my mobo is from 2009 so thats like 13 years old and i was really hoping the cpu or motherboard will pass away but they just refuse to do so.
Do you know what is most important to a person? Easy - it's situaon when his soul is satisfied. If you want...(what ever) and you have the opportunity, do it and I am sure your soul will be satisfied. Don't wait no more, don't ask no more, do what your soul need.
well i like sex but i dont do everytime i can get it only so my soul is satisfied and my wife will make my life a living hell, so you're wrong.
OK, then ask your wife what you need. If that doesn't help, go to your neighbor woman. At first I thought, you're serious man, but looks like I have mistaken also in this. Good night with women.
Jingzin If its not broke dont fix it ? It does what you need . I cant see any way to make it faster , better , safer ............. and will an nvme ssd run on your computer ? .......... i mean run and do you any good ? I was interested in an nvme ssd but from what i've read .......... if the computer wasnt built to be able to use one it wont run as fast as it could ? = No point ?
i would get mobo nvme ready. but i think youre right it does what i need and will upgrade next year to ddr5 ram and gen 12 intel even if the motherboard or the cpu wont die and i dont think theyre dyingable at all surely not before me. lmao.
I would recommend expanding the memory. 16 gigabytes would be a nice improvement over 8 gigs. And DDR3 is still commonly available, and relatively cheap. I'm assuming your computer uses DDR3, I'm too lazy to go look it up.
and what for would i need 16 gb if i dont do adobe anymore ? going to buy new parts this year but will wait till when ddr5 is available
Wait for this year 2nd half is best thing to do. AMD releasing 6000 series APUs (5nm) with all new hardware requirements DDR5, new CPU socket etc. You can use your old HDDs, monitor as well as buy new NVME chip for OS. As you stopped doing media work a built-in graphics is enough, so AMD for you imo. Only thing is that all PC related gadgets increased prices all over world. Hope you got enough money for your dream. And about windows 11, revert back to 10 if it troubles. I know it will lol. You definitely need 16 Gb of Ram even you don't do any big work because m$ updates are continuously introducing new services to take up more memory.
if your computer is still taking care of business dont replace it !!! run it until it doesn't do what you want, or it takes a crap on you . in the Meen time you can look around and decide what you want like 16 gigs of ram a faster cpu and something to keep it cool a good quality fan or water cooled! a good quality PS a nice graphics card with 8 gigs of ram . ive built several puters and took my time doing it. it was a learning experience and fun and you have more confidence in your machine when you know whats in it !
