I have Windows 8.1 as the default OS on my laptop

the question is, to install Windows 7, I have to enable CMS

when I do that, I see an option below it that says:

    Launch PXE OpROM

    it is disabled by default

is it recommended to enable it or keep it disabled?

This is a BIOS question and has nothing with Windows 7 to do?

    Google??

=)(= is absolutely right... this is nothing to do with Windows 7. It means it enables PXE OPROM (network booting) in CSM (compatibility mode) (which isn't needed for local installation).
