my guess is the ATI drivers, been hearing weird stuff about those. Odd I have never seen that happen.
Yup that's my guess too, when I was on RC with some older ATI drivers I also had a couple of issues with multiple monitors - that's gone but it seems that the drivers still aren't fully compatible yet... Is there any settings hidden deep within the windows files I could change to get this little back to normal? ;S
I stumbled across this website while searching for an answer to this question. My Show desktop button got fat yesterday. It used to be skinny. Anyone find out how to change the size? I kinda like it big. The one on my laptop is skinny and I'd like to make it fat also. I'm running an NVIDIA card, so it's not just ATI users having this problem. But it's not the video card drivers in my case. I've had the same drivers installed for a while now. The only drivers I've installed recently are for my sound card.
I still don't have any problems with it, running catalyst 9.10 now. Did you guys use the leaked updates or something ?
same thing happened to me today, i find it a bit annoying but nothing serious. it happened to me after i put a new toolbar on the taskbar with a long folder name then it resized everything including the aero peek button.
