Here's that ugly theme i briefly showed the other day. Finished now, and in no way gonna be distributed for use. So before y'all start flaming, it's just a one time fluke, but at least it doesn't have that pinball-machine look that you see so much these days. Clean and simple, just wanted to know if it really is that bad, and gonna be the last time I post something like this
I personally hate dark themes, but this one is very pleasant and I like it. A good combination of dark and blue. Good work! EDIT: I like the dock at the top, where did you find it? Is cool.
WOW, did not expect that at all with all the flaming going on. A nice surprise I made it myself. Implemented in the wallpaper. It's just some playing around with graphic tools... Thanx for the replies guys, really appreciate it !
Looks pretty crisp and clean. But in all honestly I am not sure why people do themes anyways, whether they are there own or built-in. I think i see my desktop for all of 10 seconds after i boot before I open up a program, so it can be the slickest desktop look in the world but i will never see it more than a few times during a session. And I don't need a machine gun or accordion, or etc.. noise whenever there is a critical stop on my system
ROFL Indeed you're right ferretking Just wanted to give it a go for once, but i wanted something clean, not one of those over exagerated paranoya inducing pinball machine-look themes. I'll get bored of this soon though, and will probably revert back to default aero theme, but for now i enjoy my 10second-a-day peek As for the sounds LOL they're still the default sounds. Even turned some off, cause they get on my nerves. You know : ting pling toedoeng and so on, makes my head spin
Very nice. I like the dock at the top also. But it is too dark for my taste. I have a surfing theme I use. Big Waves, Hot Women, Tropical Beaches !!! What more could you ask for in life
I agree, That's why I do that as often as possible. I've been to Hawaii twice (two months each time), Western Samoa once, Tahiti once and the Bahamas and Virgin Islands many, many times. And I'm at the ocean about twice a month every summer.
Lucky you I don't have that luxury, having 3 kids. Thank god my wife is gorgious so at least i've got the one real thing (only one kid is her's btw )
