simple program maker

Hello I was wondering if there was a simple program out there that I could make a custom exe file that i can make buttons that when pressed would open other files (like a batch file or another exe file). If there is please show me the way
My KMS Server is now a closed server. If you would like access to it, please message me and if I think I can trust you, I will give you the new address. Sorry but this had to be taken because I am now on the hunt from MS since I have been able to dash their attempts to close my server down. So to prevent any problems legally for me, I have closed it up from the gen public usage.
