Since The "Simplixed" Windows 7 Is Fully Patched, It Is Safe To Use As A Daily Driver Right?

    Win7 looks so nice and feels so stable/fast... I see no reason to upgrade to 10 or 11...(at least not now)...
    So I want to keep W7 here for a while...

    Its just fine since the OS is patched through Dec 2021 right? And also since Microsoft Security Essentials still supports it.

    If you have all windows security updates installed and you keep your software patched (ex: all your apps are still supporting windows 7), yes, you are "safe" to use it.
    Remember that all you need is an out of date piece of software to get your system compromised . That can also be a driver. That's why it's recommended to use the most recent operating system that it's compatible with your hardware.

    I use 7 as daily driver on my Ryzen 3000 and have had no problems :)
