Slic 2.0 a 2.1

    hello I want to ask a board having a HP Pavilion with Windows Vista if I change the original bios with slic 2.1 may reinstall Vista or do I need to put the bios slic 2.0.

    Hi,
    with HP slic and certificate, there is no need to reinstall Vista... HP is using the same certificate with slic 2.0 and 2.1... be only sure you insert the HP 2.1 over the HP 2.0...

    SLIC 2.1 with a matching Certificate can be used to Activ*te Win 7 or Vista (as long as you have the correct OEM Key).
