I tried to find a similar issue on the boards and couldn't. I am sure its something I am missing but just can't find it.

Here is the situation. I flashed my bios with Slic 2.1 gigabyte, added the gigabyte cert, the later I tried both manually, and using the opa tool. From there I have been unable to get windows to activate.

    Any suggestions?

sorry my TLA knwledge is sometimes lacking.

    isa-mode?

the bios reports a successful 2.1 slic using slic toolkit. though the tool doesn't seem to recgonize the cert, maybe the cert install has failed? is there a way to verify?

Nix this. After reinstalling for the second time, running through everything manually it seems to finally have taken the Cert. That was what was causing the issues with the validation.

Must have failed a manual step earlier during the process.

    Thanks for the reply.
