    Hi,
I have a laptop with Windows Vista installed with SLIC2.0 and I will now upgrade the bios to SLIC2.1 and install windows 7 into another partition, creating a dual boot configuration.
Will Vista become deactivated? If so, can I use the same 2.1 cert key for windows 7 to activate vista again? Or this not possible?

    Tkx in advance

Of course you cant use Windows 7 OEM:SLP key and certificate to activate vista.
If it de activates, use vista certificate and oem:slp for your vista version (simply use daz loader)
