    Heya guys,

I've flashed my BIOS with the posted P5B SLIC 1.2 modded BIOS, everything went ok. The post on this forum says it's a DELL. Now I added the dell certificate, but EVERY single product key I'm trying is invalid? This is Windows 7 Ultimate.

If I check the status with OpaTool, I get "product key not found" in all three windows. If I try to add a key, I get "The Software Licensing service reported that the product key is invalid". What to do??

    Thanks!

@ mrshagz You know we already told you what your issue was. You used ToolKit 1.8 - that changes system files out so you can't activate it. So once again REFORMAT & RELOAD Windows 7. Then you can activate it properly. If your not willing to wipe and reload then there is no point in you making threads asking for help and trolling.

@ loathsome If you used any lo*ders/Cr*cks/P*tches do yourself a favor wipe and reload Win 7, you prolly have leftover crud from all the lo*ders you used lol.

@ concierge Your obviously a Troll. Go get a life and find something more constructive to do besides being a Troll and making negative comments every post.

loathsome...those keys you link to are only default product keys...e.g. they are the keys windows 7 installs by default when installing win7 and not entering a product key. Read the words at the top of the page in the post that you link to and you would have known that... You need to enter an OEM SLP key to activate offline (with a valid certificate as well and SLIC 2.1 of course ;)). In the attached .txt file, you will find the 2 current OEM SLP keys available... Enjoy... :)

These can be entered via administrator cmd console session by typing "slmgr -ipk <key here>" at the cmd prompt without the "", and replacing the <key here> with one of the keys in the text file... If you do not know how to open an administrator cmd console session, click the Start button, then in the Run/Search bar, type "cmd" (with no ""). When "cmd.exe" is shown above as a result, right click on it and select "Run as Administrator"...

I had this issue too at one time but I had used previous hacks like Windows 7 toolkit. It worked after I reinstalled Windows.

that is your problem. NEVER use slmgr.vbs -upk it uninstalls all the keys from the system. There is never a need to uninstall keys. The slmgr.vbs -ipk command overwrites any key that is currently installed. It is not like XP where you have to break the activation to change a key.

You will have to repair or reinstall windows now.

Next time when you want to activate just run the 2 commands:

    slmgr.vbs -ipk keygoeshere
    slmgr.vbs -ilc pathtocertfilegoeshere

those are the only slmgr.vbs commands you really need to worry about.

sfc /scannow should be the first order, if he has a frankenbuild this would write back the correct pkeyconfig.xrm-ms and token.dat files that the toolkits screw around with, after a reboot he can then either install the certificate THEN product key manually, or use Hazar's 7Loader 1.5 slic 2.1 option if his BIOS IS modded, otherwise again using Hazar 7Loader 1.5 do the 'Install 7Loader' option else use the Untermensch Loader (which is the cleanest code).
