SLIC 2.1 Now What?

    I upgraded bios to slic 2.1 on a sony vaio. I installed windows 7 msdn RTM. How do i activate it?

    you now need a matching certificate and key. download windows loader from this site, and run it. it will install key and cert to match your slic table

    Thanks a lot. Is there a way to put the key and certificate in the bios?

    no the key and certificate install into your windows installation. you can create a multi-oem dvd that will activate upon installation. just search the stickies in the windows 7 section

    there is a lot of great information here, i've learned a lot from the members, and have a lot more to learn
