SLIC Dump Toolkit say correct???

    If Win7 is reporting as being activated then it can't be anything but SLIC 2.1.

    The problem is with SLIC Dump Toolkit. Use RW-Everything and you will see more accurate info. However, from the pic you posted you can see that it is a v2.1 slic as 911medic said. Look for 01 00 02 00 at offset BF66F4DC starting at byte 6. This confirms the slic version is 00 02 00 01 which we know as 2.1
