Hi, If I have a mobo BIOS modded with the SLIC v2.1 of a PC vendor and I use that PC vendors Win7 disc do I still need a certificate mod in the BIOS or will the Win7 installation be automatically activated without the certificate? Last time I did this using a Dell Win7 disk I think that all I used was a BIOS modded only with the Dell 2.1 SLIC and no certificate and it all went OK with automatic activation. However, it was some time ago so just wished to make sure I get it right this time around. Thx for any advice.
