Please help Bios & slic I built a new PC and installed win 7 ultimate x64. I then moded the bios to get genuine (using DAZ loader) Now my client wants a legit genuine win 7 so I bought an OEM win 7 pro. Mobo is Asus P9X79 LE Bios 4502 (latest available) Q1: Will I be able to install and activate a legit OEM win 7 straight from the install disk in the OEM package? Q2: Will the existing slic be re-written by the activaion of my new Windows? Q3: Will it be necessary to re-flash with the same bios in order to wipe the slic?
u can activate fine by typing number.. daz loader ony fakes a slic in bootloader so no need to reflash anything... no worries, just install 7 and type key.
