slic

    i have tried to find out what slic version im running for using windows 7 as genuine but failed

    i ran rw opened acpi table but couldn't find the slic tab
    im running the program under windows xp sp3 does this matter?
    i just want to know my slic version to know if im able to use this method
    i have also tried SLIC_Dump_ToolKit but "Dump Error ! (SLIC Table Not Find ! )"
    any help? thanks

    can i add the 2.1 slic when i dont have any slic version at all?

    Possibly... What kind of motherboard do you have?
    I have an Intel D915PBL, didn't have a SLIC table at all, but China4Ever worked some magic and got one in.

    Yes you can, Please look at the stickest about mate, and if you cant mod your own bios just ask nicly in one of the request thread

    Use everest from lavasoft (Google) and click on bios tab and that will give you the info you need

    cheers.

    in bios tab only says
    bios type:ami
    system bios date: 3/16/09
    video bios date 12/04/07
    only this :S

    Go to the Motherboard icon and check under Motherboard Name.
    Like mine is "Intel Battle Lake D915PBL".

    mine is asus p5kpl/1600
    my bios version is BIOS Version0512
    BIOS TypeAMI

    are this info enough to send to request threat?
    i cant find any slic because i think no slic is in my computer ( dont know if possible
    also for bios link i must put my bios rom link?
