For MS, every file has a purpose, but for ordinary users, some functions may not be needed for a lifetime or they may not want to use them, which is why they can slim down. For example, some users do not need to update features. Can the update function be completely removed? The answer is yes. The question is, what are the features that most people do not use? This definition is very tricky, as it relates to which documents need to be streamlined. So if there is a list of functions that need to be streamlined in advance, the problem will be simpler. This list is very difficult to unify and provide. If you can provide unnecessary functions, I will try to find a list of files that can be deleted.
It is difficult to answer this question at once. Personally, I don't need anything special from the system. Just an ordinary home PC. The main thing that would work is the ability to update via Update Center. In general terms, what I would like to remove from the image looks like this: Spoiler - OneDrive - People app - Maps app - Cortana (voice assistant) - Metro apps + Microsoft Store - Xbox Apps - File History - Support Center - Cloud Content - Standalone Files - Contact information - News and interests - Remote Assistant - Autocorrect text - SSD TRIM (disabled) - Telemetry and spying - Visual Studio Data Collection - Windows Hello for Business - Microsoft Office Telemetry - Lock screen camera - Messaging (UWP) - Location and Sensors - Diagnostics and feedback - Activity History (partially) - Visual Studio code data collection - Desktop analytics collection - Shared Experience - Account Control (UAC) - Windows online search features - Find My Device - Administrative Shares - Steps Recorder - Resource discovery publishing - Debloater - Edge, Chromium, Mozilla - LAN Manager password hash storage - Access to unsolicited messages - Net Core CLI PowerShell 7+ Telemetry - Peer-to-Peer (P2P) update service - Insecure synchronization settings - Application Compatibility Assistant - Automatic offline map updates - Standard Diagnostic Center Builder - Send data after Windows Setup - Event logging and tracking - Access to legacy transition protocols - Cloud content synchronization with Microsoft - Screen blur at Windows logon - IPv6/network manager (for security purposes) - Retrieve device metadata from the Internet - Distributed Component Object Model - Fast PC startup for greater reliability - Collect contact and typing information - Windows speech recognition (Speech recognition) - PowerShell 2.0 against downgrade attacks - Send data collection and actions to Microsoft - Windows compatibility data collection telemetry - Mobile Device Management Logging - Microsoft mail synchronization, calendar, etc. - PC Enhancement Program (SQMClient/CEIP) - Biometric fingerprint identification - Advertising modules (content delivery manager) - IP source routing (for security purposes) - Link layer topology discovery protocol - Automatic troubleshooting and diagnostics - Customized data tracking and logging - User interactions with WebView component - Autorun external media (for security purposes) - Backup disk for Microsoft updates - Send data to Microsoft about activation status - Retrieving game and option information from the Internet - DCOM (Distributed Component Object Model) - Clipboard log (violates privacy) - Completely disables sending sensitive data - Automatically block unwanted event collection - Microsoft keylogger (part deleted or blocked) - Typing analysis and handwriting personalization - Cloud synchronization at physical and internet level - Application access to users' advertising information - Advertising information and tracking of app launches - Retrieve metadata in Windows Media Player - Automatically disable telemetry within reason - Cortana - voice assistant (search works by default) - Windows 11 Insider Preview program - LAN Manager / LAN Manager (discontinued) - Autodistribution from disks over LAN (for security purposes) - Windows Defender - full package - Optimize delivery of boot permission from other computers - User data storage - Background services, processes, unwanted applications - Xbox Game Mode - OneDrive - cloud storage - Windows Spotlight - Sending to Microsoft predictions of visited internet pages - Notifications of new applications or frequently used applications - Privacy settings App permissions - Telemetry collection of Microsoft reporting data to improve Windows performance - Backup for Hibernation - Unwanted in Task Scheduler - Installing updates via “Windows Update Center” (works in manual mode) - Folders in “This Computer” (Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos, 3D objects) - Automatic blocking of telemetry data collection on further Windows updates - Network protocol - Teredo (use is more threatening to the user than beneficial) - All global telemetry data collection locked or deleted + auto-lock in case of what happens - Experimentation to learn user preferences, data collection and device behavior - Automatic shutdown of background services to save laptop battery and desktop PC power ... And many more things that negatively impact the normal operation of Windows 11 IoT 24H2 LTSC. Perhaps you have something else to add, add it.

That's what must be windows, just a core system, and you add what you need, with add-on or options..like debian with complete or core éditions If someone have a script for all these remove apps, will take it immediately
