Slipstream SP3 into HP recovery partition

    I was wondering if it would be possible to slipstream SP3 and newer updates into a HP recovery partition to save installing after recovery.

    Not that i know off.

    You could try create an isofile of the recoverypartition and make your own custom recovery..otherwise you could youse acronis and other program to make an image of your systemstate.
    If it is XP and programs are installed to another partiition it'll fit into a 4.5 GB dvd..

    you can use acronis as tcntad said it can make its own hidden recovery partiton the will start with F11
