    Hi,

I have a Lenovo T410 with Lenovo Windows 7 pro x86. The computer is integrated into a Microsoft domain. While the startup is pretty fast, I get to the logon screen in 20 seconds, opening the session can be very slow:
    - If i'm on the network of the DC, about 40 seconds,
    - If I'm not connected to the network of the DC, and have a connected ethernet cable OR wifi on, the logon takes about 5 minutes! The login process is stucked on "Please wait for User Profile Service".
    - If I'm not connected to ANY network (no ethernet cable AND wifi off), about 40 seconds.

Programs installed: Lenovo thinkvantage, Office 2010, Sophos, adobe reader, VLC, JRE. Windows, lenovo tools and other programs up to date.

Any idea to solve the problem?

    Thanks,

This user seems to have the same problem as me, but no solution has been found yet!
