Slow statup windows 7/bootcamp (macbook)

    When I activate windows with a lo*der, the windows start up take very long (black screen with a prompt).
    Please post a solution if you have :)

    macbook ? windows 7 ? bad combination :p

    What loader did you use ?

    That 40 seconds of hang time is happening to everyone, its just how it is due to macs EFI. This happened/happens with Vista as well... There's a 5-6 pages thread on here for apple owners, and we're all experiencing it. It's really not that bad btw :p

    Right, and osx86/Hackintoshing on non macs is a bad idea too :rolleyes:

    I tried both the untermensch and hazar one.

    Except the slow startup I dont find any problem to run win 7 on macbook :)
