    Hello,

After running a Safe Scan last night, I can't boot into Windows 7. I keep getting a black screen with: slui.exe- Application Error This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application. When I close it by clicking OK, it goes to a blank black screen with WINDOWS 7 build 7600This copy of Windows is not genuine.
Any help for this? I don't mind reinstalling, but I need to get my files off. I also can't use any of the safe mode options.

    Thanks for any help

Can't you use another computer to burn a AntiVirus Rescue CD, or borrow one?

With that you just put in cd drive & reboot & follow instructions.

I've got two other PC's. But doesn't the rescue CD need to come from the effected PC?

You could create your own winpe boot disk, and then copy all the files you need onto a USB drive or second drive.

    NO, It doe's not.

Go to Avast, Avira, Kaspersky etc & Create Rescue CD
You need a Program such as Imageburn (Free) OR ANY ISO Program
Then You just Download the ISO (Image file) and Burn it to a CD.
