Does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to install Snow Leopard (Latest version) on an AMD PC?

You will need a custom kernel to do that. Apple's default MACH kernel only works on Intel CPUs.
With a custom kernel, you'll be even able to install the retail version, but for easiness, you can just try HazardOSX as suggested.
