I have $350 USD to buy a pc. (desktop)

I mainly will use this for recording vocals/guitar/bass and making beats (fl studio, reason, pro tools, reaper)

I'm not too bad on building a computer, I can basically pick all the parts I need but I don't know what the difference between all the CPU's are. What would be the best configuration here to buy? If anybody wants to take the time to make a newegg build and post it on here you're more than welcome. I need to start off with atleast 4gb of ram and i'm not real big on the case or power supply because I won't be overclocking. And I will buy a better power supply in a few weeks.

Mobo i'll probably upgrade at christmas. But that's how much I have to spend. If anybody can help me out I really appreciate it.
