The person is referring to lobo11's post. That person can't seem to post anything without talking about all the built-in spyware that's NOT in Windows 10. He's another paranoid, tin-foil hatter that thinks the NSA wants MS to collect everything he does on that system of his that's running an OS he can't stand. He can't accept the fact that they are only collecting data that's useful to them making a better OS and not what software, games or music he is clearly pirating or all that creepy porn he watches or else why be soo paranoid at all?

my bet is a move to patch updating and unifying mobile and pc builds so no new complete reinstall but instead new builds will be deilivered more as updates like patch tuesday and not require the whole oobe thing my bet is the move will mean new builds being 1 gigabyte in size or less to update since your no longer download a full image of windows 10 when updating to new insider build
