I just made a clean install of Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center (for the second time) and this problem persists.
Now I'm doing 'sfc /verifyonly', but I'm not very confident, since it didn't found anything the first time too.
    :(
    EDIT: sfc returned 0 errors
Is there a way to check if the content of the dvd I used is all right? (with Nero I already used the option to verify the write session)
In Event Viewer I read this error: 0x80070005

Are you doing something weird with the install like dual-booting or using a different boot loader?
