I am again on my boot problems. I have Macrium cloned my well running SSD Win11 installation to a diskpart "clean all" prepard HDD with MBR. After the cloning I tried the HDD and it started fine, everything worked. After disconnecting the HDD and connecting the original SSD again... I get stuck in a bootloop... It is the kind of bootloop that starts, after one or two seconds switches off, starts again, two seconds.... a.s.o. Keeping the power button pressed will only result in closing down and staying switched off (Sorry if this is the wrong part of the forum)
Thank you, but... The computer started to spin for two seconds, and shut down, an started again, Start for two seconds, and shut down ad infinitum... how should I have gotten into macrium? But on YouTube (on my old laptop) I found a guy that actually had answered to a similar problem... and he was right, there was a short circuit, and after a while I found it in the Sata 4 socket. Its plastik cover on the motherboard had been cracked for ages. Why it had decided to do that without having been touched, I do not know. But the suggestion was to check every single connection... I used a pocket knive to carefully separate all the tiny sticks from one another.... and the boot started normal. I created my clone and worked happily ever after.
