you have to get the right filename .fd in usb and Fn Esc with no battery or power cord. hold buttons while plugin in power and press power button still holding the keys

or use a programmer and .bin bios dump of it.

    hello, thx for reply ;).

I have tried all .fd files that I found from bios 1.05 to 2.21 they all dont work. I use the Orginal filename. It was the same as the modded Bios and I tried Platformnames nothings works....

The thing is, the first time, when I flashed the BIos with the modded BIos everything went fine and the Usb Dingle was blinking, when I start with FN ESC.

Now the light of the USB Dongle is permanent on, it doenst blink. I tried so many times, you dont believe.

Do you think the only way is the programmar now and which chip is the right ?

The U36 (the ME) or the U42 .

My last question, why I have to dump it?

When I dumped it, I have to send it to you?

    Thank you very much..

    Hello everybody and HelloCandy,
I will be very happy to know how do you repair your bios, wich kind of files and the link to them, do you use a peogrammer.
I have the same issue, updated bios 2.04, changed gpu options and, tadaaa... A beautiful black screen instead of a boot.
    Thx

It's okay, I found the version (it's bios 1.06) using an hex editor and the dump files. Its written in the ec bios wich size is 1mb.I made a search with the word Q5WV1 (the name of the bios for V3 571g and clones) and the version was written beside it.
Theres others informations like the vga bios version, the uuid,...
Its a cool "trick" because the version of the dump files that we can download on the net are rarely indicated.
