    Hi Gents,

Due to the strange way I set up my main PC in the "Man Cave / Junk Room", I output sound (and video) from it into a Denon Home Theater receiver which is configured into a 7.1 speaker placement. That way I don't need (nor have the room) for a separate speaker system for the PC.

The issue is when I'm at the desk looking at my monitors, it's at 90 degrees to the 55 inch TV I use for the Videos and regular TV watching and the LCR speakers in the system. (It's off to the left side.)

Anyway, the issue is when I want to listen to just tunes at my desk, or even videos on my monitors, I'm far too close to the Left Front speaker, and it dominates what I hear => even though it's now on my right. (The Denon is set to multichannel stereo for this input.) The simple solution is to throttle down the Left Channel output in Windows 11, which I do but it's a very manual process for me. Right click on Start, then Settings, System, Sound, then pick Denon-AVR from the list, and finally pull back the slider to about 20%.

Of course I have to reset it when I change seats to my Lazyboy which faces directly at the TV and want to watch something on YouTube.

I'm wondering if there is a simpler way to do this, or another tweak I can do. I know this is an odd request but I've been scratching my head on this and getting nowhere for months. You guys do some brilliant stuff, and maybe this is too mundane, but I thought I'd ask.

    Thanks for the assist.

I tried it but unfortunately it only lets you change the volume on the device and not by individual channel. Thanks for trying @Tito

I guess I'm still looking for a solution.
