My daughter got a Dell laptop with windows 10 core 18362. I upgraded to enterprise. And i discovered that bitlocker was active. How is this possible since she/me never activated it? There is no problem when booting the system, no key to enter. So far so good, but when i tryed to boot into the recovery partition i couldn't access the C: drive; i was asked to enter a key, which, of course, i don't know. Can i simply desactivate bitlocker?
