Hello, Are you on the latest BIOS Version for the motherboard? Ensure to install latest BIOS and then, * unplug everything (all cables, including power) out of the CPU * Press the Power button for 15/20 sec to discharge the PSU * Remove the CMOS Battery * Press the power button for 15/20 seconds * Then simply wait for 10 mins with CMOS battery removed and everything unplugged * After 10 mins put the CMOS battery back in * plug everything and start the PC to check If these two steps (Latest BIOS and CMOS hard reset) doesn't bring back the options, then there is a remote possibility of a faulty Motherboard or non-genuine CPU. You may have to troubleshoot this with another similar socket compatible CPU in this same motherboard Thanks.
This processor type clearly supports VT-x. It should be able to access the virtuality options. I just want to emphasize, are you sure about the type of processor installed on your mainboard?
