[SOLVED] Can't upgrade to Windows 10. Really strange issue

    Why strugeling with that and not just use the media creation tool?

    Because doesn't it have to download a huge ISO file or what?

    The AIO was probably based off x86 and had x64 editions added to it

    I think I'm correct when I say you cannot do x64 upgrades in that case, only clean x64 installs.

    Already solved.

    Made a franken ISO and it the upgrade started.
