    If need just installer not crap bundle software then open exe with 7-zip and go to here cis\download\installs\xml_binaries\cis\ and find this cis_setup_x86 or x64 msi files and drop in desktop or folder...

    This is same like D++ a part of the firewall. There is simply no Firewall only anymore, and this since v4+. THERE IS ONE Installer for everything. Rest is handled by packages.xml.
