Well one of those is highlighting text on a website, so that'll be the browsers colours, and the other is notepad so that'll be windows colours

Or take control of your OCD and forget about it

Microsoft have made worse changes for the sake of change with the CU, wouldn't surprise me if this was one of them

Install LTSB 2016 and stick with 1607?

Well, that's a way to go, but if I'm going stick with an outdated system, then I should stick with Windows 7 LOL

And I do not want this, I really wanted to know if there's any way to have that blue again :(

Not exactly outdated, just not full of even more bloatware that RS2/3 brings to Win 10, same OS underneath more or less

1 year old build of Win 10 is definitely not comparable to an 8 year old Win 7

IMO forget about the shade of blue, it doesn't affect anything

    Oh well... that's a shame.

Seems more like a bug, cause Chrome uses the same exacly blue from before, but the system not anymore.

    Sorry my english :(

Yea, because Win 10 1607 is outdated you go for an even older OS?

I think you need to get to grips with your OCD, reinstalling an old OS because of a shade of blue.... have a word with yourself

Windows 10 will never be finished (and we all know that it still looking like a beta OS), Windows 8 was already finished. But I don't know...

Windows 10 1607 is only supported till March 2018. Windows 8.1 is supported until January 2023, maybe 10 will change it till then.

So, maybe good to know, the color you see (not this, what you choose in Windows settings) also depends on which screen you use, which video card you are using, what your screen resolution is and so on, it depends of very many things.
You will never get two identical blue ones, even if they are identical, then You'll see them like they are different. Even really white (#FFFFFF or rgb(255, 255, 255)) looks on different places different. Sometimes it looks like absolutely clean, sometimes like dirty.
