Can anyone please tell me the final build version of Process Explorerl for Windows 7 32/64?
The current build (v16.43) is for Win8 and above.
I'd be very grateful if you can point me to an unmodified archive of this too please.

While I'm here I'd be interested in the same information for Win XP 32/64 also.:)

Thanks in advance for any assistance with this.

I'm using v16.43 64bit in win 7 and it works fine.
Should also work in win XP.

Not sure about the latest, v3.52 working fine for me on all Windows 7+

latest Procmon versions are more hideous than Win 11 itself

v3.52 and previous versions do have Procmon64.exe
but it's embedded withing the 32-bit Procmon.exe and get extracted (hidden) to %temp% during running
you can copy it and use it directly later
