    Format the USB thumbdrive FAT32 and extract the 10 ISO to it, the USB Thumbdrive will be UEFI + Legacy BIOS bootable.

    If you don't need UEFI booting you simply can use the Win 7 Store USB/DVD tool to create a BIOS only bootable USB thumbdrive.

    Or use Rufus to create the USB bootmedia.
