I have been using KMS-VL-ALL 7.2 RC2 2018-08-20T09:14z version for over a year now. On all of the 1909 1863 xxx and 2004 19041 350 everything worked find for both Windows 10 Professional and Microsoft Office 2019 activation. As of the new Microsoft Windows 1o Professional at 2004 19041 450, The above version of KMS no longer will activate either Windows or Office. Is there an update version go KMS-VL-All later than the one above, and if so where can I download it from? It seems if I drop back to 2004 19041 350 I can get the software to activate
Why don't you ask this in the dedicated thread for the mentioned tool? KMS-VL-ALL - Online/Offline KMS Activator for Microsoft Products Or switch to: KMS_VL_ALL - Smart Activation Script there should not be anything changed since the previous refresh ISOs were released, about the KMS activation.
I couldn't find the thread, so maybe you can point me there? I want to update my problem below, I have cloned Windows 10 Professional with Office 19 and running 2004 19041 450 on 256SSD's. The activation below seems to only fail on the SSD drives, any clues why? Below is my original post, I should have clarified it only happens on SSD' s not SATA 3's I have been using KMS-VL-ALL 7.2 RC2 2018-08-20T09:14z version for over a year now. @armadillotuff Here there are two branches of KMS VL ALL development, KMS_VL_ALL - Smart Activation Script by @abbodi1406 KMS-VL-ALL - Online/Offline KMS Activator for Microsoft Products by @qewlpal abbodi1406's script is better and in active development and the other one is not, so go with the abbodi's script. If activation fails, create a debug log, (use read me for how-to) and post it in that thread.
I downloaded this script, KMS_VL_ALL - Smart Activation Script by @abbodi1406 and used "7z" to extract it to a folder on my PV for executing. The document said the password was "2020", I keep getting an error message that the password is incorrect and the extraction fails. Can you help? Once it's downloaded do I need to do anything to make the activation permanent so it doesn't popup every 180 days, even when the laptops are shut off for periods of time? Thanks,
This thread is not about KMS_VL_ALL, go here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/kms_vl_all-smart-activation-script.79535/ and 2020 works.
Thanks for your reply. Went there and downloaded the file, KMS_VL_ALL_AIO-38f.7z and executed it on my PC. Asks for Password, I typed 2020 and comes back not recognized. Do I need to disable virus and defender?
I was able to get the KMS_VL_ALL_AIO V38.0 to work with the 2020 password. I want to than you for your help. Here's what I learned and did. To get the activation software to work I placed it into a Software folder on my "C" drive. With Windows Defender 10 I added an exclusion not to change anything in the software folder. Since I only work with Dell Laptops for my high school project, and all of them are surpluses to me for refurbishment they all have Windows 7 Professional Product Keys. I am able to activate all of these Dell laptops on Windows 10 Professional with the Windows 7 Product key. When I run the KMS_VL_ALL_AIO and select "1" I get that Windows 10 Professional is permanently enabled, and Microsoft Office 19 gets enabled for the 180 days. Now that I know this software works on all SATA3 drives as well as all SSD drives. Hope this helps someone else.
If you are referring to your example above where you extracted the "7z" file to give you the "KMS_VL_ALL_AIO.cmd", I got this from the extraction. Then I went to Windows "Virus & Threat Protection" and turned off the "Virus & Threat protection settings" for "Real Time Protection" and "Cloud Delivered Protection" so I could manage and add and "Exclusion" folder for the KMS software. I did this by creating a folder called "KMS38F" on my "C" drive in Software It looks like this when you add the exclusion: c:\Software\KMS38F By doing this if you are using Windows Defender and you execute the KMS.cmd it will not be changed or disturbed. When I executed the command as in your example the Window posed up asking be if I wanted to use "1" or "2", I took "1" for a permanent activation. Since I had already activated Windows 10 with the Laptop's product key the activation told me it was permanently activated and went on to activate my Office 2019 software. Is this what you were looking for?
Defender never interfered with the extraction, only the hookpatcher gets flagged as a virus/trojan, but for defender there is the auto-exclusion already done by the script. The other stuff is exactly as it should work and described in the kms_vl_all thread.
I just cloned a Windows 10 Professional 256GB SSD with Rel 2004 19041.450 and ran the KMS activation using option 2. Works like a champ and it did add the exclusion like you said and both Windows and Office are activated. Just clarify for me, does option 2 keep both windows and office permanently activated or do I still have to worry about the 180 day concern? Sometime my Dell's will sit in a school locker for a couple of months before they are turned on again.
All this info can be found in the official KMS_VL_ALL thread or it's readme. With renewal it's renewed on a weekly base.
So are you telling me if I want a permanent activation without renewal, use option "1" for both Windows and Office?
Why don't you just move to the kms_vl_all thread and read it, you would have found this at the OP (among all other info): https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-activation-script.79535/page-98#post-1565272
