    SOLVED!

I run the SLIC ToolKit v3.2 which download from here tells me:
    1) SLIC Adnavced screen
On screen there are two GREEN button with [Validated] and [Cert.OK]
    Status: Dump OK! (ACRSYSACRPRDCT_V21.)
    2)System Information:
    Windows 7 Home Premium 6.1.7600 /x86
    3)SLIC Diagnosis
XSDT,PubKey ,RSDT, Marker all the same: ACRSYSACRPRDCT
    4)BISO Information
    Vendor:Acer,Date:07/08/2010 Size:1024k
    Version:V1.06,Type:Insyde BIOS /ACPI 2.0
    5)Pkey&Cert. Valid&Backup
    PKey:Read OK!
    Cert:Read OK!

It looks fine from BISO but don't know why I can not get passed from Microsoft verlification.

    BTW:
Windows activation window give me this
28 days to activate. Active Windows now
Product ID: 00xxx-231-5252266-xxxxxx and ask me to Change product key

    Thanks in adnavce!

I already told you all you need to know:

That is most likely MSDN blacklisted key that you used.
Use OEM SLP key & proper Acer certificate
