Prepped 21 computers for a deployment and the 22nd won't activate. Run the SLIC toolkit and it shows no SLIC table in bios. I checked the other 21 and they all have it. Same model number on all of them. I tried a bios update, didn't fix it. Suggestions?

Please provide the exact model name of the PC.

Model 10AY-0082US Even says it comes "preloaded" with Windows 7, but media for upgrade to Windows 8. We can't use Windows 8 here to I would like to install 7. Factory image on refresh fails to activate as well. Looks like someone forgot something when they set this one up.

Latest installed... apparently the other person who's preparing the systems said that it didn't have the serial number or machine number in bios either and prompted him to enter those. Since they were on the box, he went ahead and did so.

I'll grab the RW report and post it as soon as I get near one of them again. The only one infront of me at the moment is the one missing information.

Working now. SLIC table checks out. Guess someone at Lenovo forgot to do their job the day this was assembled.
