Also, wasn't their a way to combine them into one setup?

I managed to get a hold of these... just going to attempt to combine the setups based off results from google searches since nobody has replied.

Same version and service pack level and bits, if you put them all in the same folder, when you run setup it will ask you to choose what to install.

No problem yes these are the latest images you mentioned in your reply. There are still further updates via windows update though but guess you can download the patches and add to the update folder within the image. As for converting are you not better getting the original SP1 Volume ISO's:

    SW_DVD5_Office_Professional_Plus_2013w_SP1_64Bit_English_MLF_X19-35976.iso
    SW_DVD5_Project_Pro_2013w_SP1_64Bit_English_MLF_X19-35816.iso
    SW_DVD5_Visio_Pro_2013w_SP1_64Bit_English_MLF_X19-36393.iso

    Or

    SW_DVD5_Office_Professional_Plus_2013w_SP1_W32_English_MLF_X19-35821.iso
    SW_DVD5_Project_Pro_2013w_SP1_W32_English_MLF_X19-35750.iso
    SW_DVD5_Visio_Pro_2013w_SP1_W32_English_MLF_X19-36365.iso
