Hi, I have Windows 11 21H2, I want to upgrade to 22H2 version released today. But I get this PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11 I had got that when installing windows 11 as well, but somehow I had managed to install. But I can't remember how. Can anyone please tell me how to install 22H2 in unsupported device? Regards
I couldn't upgrade my legit Windows 11 installation to 22H2 on supported hardware, kept getting 'We can't tell if your PC is ready to continue installing windows 11. Try restarting setup'. Here's what I did to get it installed: create 22H2 ISO using Microsoft Media Creation Tool. download @bau's MediaCreationTool.bat (Code > Download ZIP): https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...windows-11-media-with-automatic-bypass.84168/ unzip it, navigate to bypass11 folder. run Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd. mount ISO in Windows. install 22H2 from downloaded ISO - run Setup.exe. choose 'Keep personal files and apps', ignore mentions of SERVER. 22H2 will be installed from the ISO. when complete, run Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd again to deactivate it. Prepare yourself to be totally underwhelmed by 22H2, especially the installation experience.
open windows iso with poweriso, drag and drop the file Autounattend.xml inside this zip attachment, hit save button on poweriso and choose to overwrite the iso.
Run the .iso through this and be done with it... (option 2) https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/win-11-boot-and-upgrade-fix-kit.83724/
He wants to upgrade then there is no need for any USB tool, he can just create the fixed ISO and mount it and run setup.exe or he runs this first: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/dynamic-windows-11-setup-tpm-bypass.84063/ and can simply mount the ISO and upgrade by setup.exe.
The problem is when people use the term upgrade i assume they actually want to perform an upgrade (by running setup.exe) and then there is no need for anything else other then the mounted or extracted ISO (and a fix for the incompatible hardware message in this case).
Yeh with some i do it for they say upgrade and i say do ye want it stuck over whats on it already or fresh then they say want it wiped clean
Officially - No. Run your 22621 ISO through the tool linked in #4 (option 2), and it will bypass the checks.
